For what purpose are you transferring this character's story, instead of starting a new one with new experiences and open doors?: DogRP is awesome and it gives people a chance to open up as people, not that I'd be on it 24/7.

Distinguishing Abilities: It's a very quick dog with a very good sense of it's surroundings.

Character Backstory (Who are they? How did they get here? Who did they interact with and why? What happened to them between then and now?): They're a dog who lived off of the resistance who fed it, passerbyers, or the MPF who rarely gave it good doggo points. Axel aspires to be alive and fed, despite being quite young, he likes to help people.
